    This skirt is absolutely darling! It flares out on its own so sweetly. It felt sturdy and was perfect for a 50’s party. My daughter wore it when she was just starting to fit into 18 month clothes, but with the elastic waistband, I’m sure it would also work for babies in at least one size in both
