Good quality for the money, especially since it was handmade. It was for my daughter, who was in a play, Bye, Bye Birdie. The only bad thing is that the play, and school was cancelled due to Covid-19. But my daughter loved it so much, we are keeping it. She can wear it for Halloween. Note: it looks best if you purchase a petticoat to wear under the skirt.
